How often do I need to take a DNA & Epigenetics test?
The Bio-Synergy DNA test is a once in a lifetime test providing you a roadmap to achieving your goals, so the sooner that you do it, the faster you can start your fitness journey.
Epigenetics measures how your lifestyle is affecting your biological ageing, so to allow for the changes that you have made from the insights provided by the Bio-Synergy DNA test we recommend that you get a base line as soon as possible, and then retest a maximum of 4 times per year.
The frequency of testing ultimately depends on your individual circumstances, goals, and preferences.

You will receive notification from our logistics partner, UPS for any queries email makeithappen@bio-synergy.com
How long until I get my results?
DNA results typically take 21 days and you will receive an in app notification. Epigenetic results take upto 6 weeks.
How can I return an item purchased online?
Due to the nature of the products, at this time we do not accept returns.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled same day, prior to despatch.
